It is obvious respecting and protecting our democracy is NOT the goal of the GOP. The billionaires and corporations are working hard to control everything including the GOP. There is no trickle down it’s trickle up! It is distressing that this package has been whittled down but at least it’s going to be there. Biden knows he has to get as much as he can knowing the opposition doesn’t care about the well-being of 99% of the American people including their base who cannot see beyond their racism and hatred to realize they are in dire shape too and their leaders will never do anything to help them.
Sorry it took so long to write, but I have been thinking of what this country has descended into. I tried my whole life to honor the person next to me (unless they were completely dishonorable) and what did I get for it. I remember TFG as a young man. He never changed and he never grew. The premise that he would become President of this great nation was laughable. But too many people listened to his drivel and lies. A pure sociopath. Disruption is the name of the game for him. All you have to do is look to this advisors; Steve Bannon and the other embarrassment in the White House. He brought everyone who came within his scope down and, with it, this country is dealing with so much division and hatred. I, myself can't stop being angry. I take care of the people around me. I try to help my neighbors. I don't know if we can help those who won't help themselves.
The rule for qualifying for the highest position in the country must include release of 2-5 years of taxes and psychological evaluation before becoming a candidate.

I don't lie to my readers by omitting the whole story. I trust my readers enough to know that they are in control of their emotions, so this type of slanted reporting doesn't work on the rational.
