I’m with you on this. My anxiety level in the past 100 days has dropped a great deal, but it’s still elevated. The Chauvin verdict has fed my need for justice temporarily, but Jan 6th lives with me daily. I want due process, but can’t it move a bit faster? And what about all those that voted agst validating the electoral process? Wasn’t that a violation of their oath? All these unanswered questions while state legislators create new Jim Crow voting laws. Still the “big lie.” Why haven’t the GOP spoken up & said it was a lie? If they’re going to promote the lie, they should be stripped of their committee assignments. There must be consequences for the past 5 years. On the bright side...Biden & his team has really stepped up with solutions. He is going big and bold & I’m here for it. If we can strategize to get these items passed since the DEMOCRATS ARE IN THE MAJORITY, that would be helpful. To give myself a break now & again I resort to watching this Canadian tv show, Murdock Mysteries. It helps my blood pressure, my anxiety & my need for vengeance (as opposed to justice). Again, thanks for making me feel like I am part of a larger group that just wants this country to strive for a more democratic existence. Thank you!
