There have always been fringe groups. Mary Beck is one of many scholars on the subject. Maybe, just maybe, there is a way to reach them. I would put historians high on the list of people who can do this.

Who could guess so many bitter Americans were waiting in the wings for a messiah-thug like Trump to voice their deepest concerns about the browning of America. Who was it that said, "If you can't beat them fair, cheat."? A country founded on land-thief, genocide and human trafficking may not have strayed as far from it's origin as we liberals like to think. Moral and ethical lapses are as American as the reneged treaties negotiated with indigenous peoples
