If Merrick Garland doesn't yet think he has a strong case, he should proceed swiftly and with all due diligence to bring a strong case. And if he can't do it, he should be replaced with someone who can bring a strong case. Because from all we in the public know, there is a strong case. We must protect our Democracy. Every morning I get up hoping to see news accounts of federal cops storming Mara Lago and dragging him out of bed and into a black van.
